RETURN & REFUND
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to love our products! If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your product(s) for a full refund for the unwanted item(s) under the following conditions:
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tag, and must be returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.
Customer is responsible for the costs, customs, taxes and fees of returning the product to us. Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.
Note: subject to your right to cancel and your statutory rights, products excluded from return are: underwear, headwear, swimwear, water bottles and gift cards.
Please allow up to 3 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed.
We offer free exchange for UK residents. Once your exchange request has been approved, we will send you a pre-paid returns label. Just simply print out at home, stick it on your parcel and bring it to any Royal Mail Post Offices near you. Please remember to keep the proof of posting receipt. It might be needed during the process.
If you are returning your item(s) for a refund, once your return request has been approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label that is free at the point of return. A deduction of £4.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this convenience.
Unfortunately, international customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any amendments or cancellations. Once your order is shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
If you choose to refuse the parcel or parcel returned to us due to failed delivery, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
