1. 1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to **KYM-FIT** whose Instagram handle is @thekymfit. The "Prize" refers to **Prize Details** (one jumpsuit which is available on our website http://www.kym-fit.com at the time of selection ).
2. 2. No purchase necessary. Applications are open from 8:00am (GMT) on 02/08/2021 to 11:30am 02/09/2021 (the “Promotion Period”). Any applications outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.
3. 3. Up to 100 people will be chosen from the application forms. KYM-FIT reserves the right to select <100 applicants depending on the quality and quantity of applications.
4. 4. This prize promotion is open to all entrants globally. 
5. 5. The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
6. 6. Each selected applicant will receive 1x jumpsuit of their choice, which is available on our website at the time of selection.

8. 8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.

10. 10. You will need to remain on this newsletter subscription list at the time of the giveaway ending to be eligible to win the giveaway.

12. 12. The winner will be contacted via the email address used to apply. If a response is not received within 36 hours, the right to claim the gift will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the gift(s).

Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
