In rare occasions, delays may be affected by national holidays, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances by postal service. We will not be responsible for delays due to these factors. * Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic situation, some orders may experience extended shipping delays as our logistic partners work through disruptions in their normal delivery route and processing. Please be assured that we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email from us with the tracking information once the package is on its way to you. You may track the shipment on your local post office website once the package arrives in your country. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to be updated.

* Your order may have multiple tracking numbers as items may be shipped out from different warehouses.

TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK
Please allow couple days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If after 3 days, you are still not seeing any status update, please contact us and we'd love to check for you internally.

WRONG ADDRESS
We know mistakes do happen! Please email us immediately! We can only fix this for you if the order has not been shipped out yet.

However, if the order is already in transit, we kindly ask for you to call the local post office. They should be able to reroute the package to your desired address.
